Baileys Christmas Fudge
INGREDIENTS
π¦ 395 g tin of condensed milk
π500 g of dark chocolate
π ΒΌ cup of Baileys
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper β (leave enough paper hanging over the sides to help you remove the fudge once set).
Heat a medium saucepan over a low heat and add the condensed milk and chocolate broken into squares (or you could use a double boiler or microwave in 30 second bursts);
Stir regularly until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients combined.
Add the Baileys and stir until the Baileys is well combined.
Remove saucepan from heat and pour the fudge into the prepared tin.
Set in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight.
Once set cut into squares and enjoy.
